Where Idle Hands offers more traditional pale ales, Night Shift is geared towards the more adventurous craft beer fan. That means things can go from sweet (as in The Trifecta, a Belgian-style pale ale with a twist of vanilla bean and caramel) to spicy (try the agave nectar and habanero pepper-fired rye ale known as the Viva Habanera) in one pull of the tap. And then there's the summer brew Bee Tee, which cross-pollinates green tea with honey and Belgian-style wheat ale.
