Take flight at East Coast Grill's Wing Night

Full_slide-wings

Your wings should be hot.

If not, you might as well admire them from afar, kind of the way one admires Kate Upton on the cover of the SI swimsuit issue without digging deeper

In other words, you're not living life to the fullest.

For those who can take the heat, there's Wing Night this Monday at East Coast Grill in Inman Square

And we aren't kidding when we say heat. You'll be introduced to some serious flamethrowers, including Boston Bay Jamaican Jerk (served with their signature Inner Beauty hot sauce and banana guava ketchup), South Carolina style mustard BBQ wings (with watermelon on the side) and the BiG RED WINGS, which are brined, smoked and fried in hellraising "ghost chili" sauce.

You might want to avoid that one if you're leaving here for a date. Just a thought.

Those plus many other samples from ECG's legendary love affair with fiery flavors will be available for one night only. Pick an order of 5 (one flavor), 10 (one or two flavors) or 15 (up to three flavors) wings and you're ready to take flight.

Maybe not quite Kate Upton hot, but pretty damn close.
