Not Another Fish Tale

Find your inner angler at this fishing/cooking class

The ladies like a man who can catch his own dinner.

But they love a man who can cook it, too.

Unearth your inner angler at Go Fish!, a two-day course at the Boston Center for Adult Education that teaches you how to catch, clean, and cook fresh fish like a real New Englander.

If it's been a while since you've thrown out a fishing line (sorry, the dance floor doesn't count), let Captain Paul of Reel Pursuits help you pull a prize-winner from the Atlantic aboard a chartered boat.

Don't worry; if the ocean turns against you, he'll catch one for you.

Back on land, Chef Jason Bond of Bondir in Cambridge will show your how to turn your catch into a meal, including cleaning and cutting it to perfection before it goes in the pan, grill, or oven.

Next up: sushi class for experts.
