Opening Saturday in Cambridge, Dwelltime uses local ingredients and some serious hardware to bring the art of the latte to new heights.

This boutique java joint that doesn't rush crafting the perfect cup. Using beans sourced from a local small batch roaster, they specialize in pour over-style brewing, extracting more flavor into each cup.

They also sport the finest in java-fueled firepower, with cutting-edge coffee technologies, from Lumiere Bravo-1 water delivery systems to La Marzocco Strada EP espresso machines.
