The most important day on the female calendar is rapidly approaching. And if you’re not prepared to wow her on Valentine’s Day, expect at least six weeks of wintry attitude.

Fearing’s at the Ritz-Carlton
Celebrity chef (and recent Top Chef guest judge) Dean Fearing spreads the love with a three-course sweetheart dinner, including seared Nantucket Bay scallops, Fearing’s Beef Wellington, a gourmet red velvet cupcake, and a Champagne toast. After dinner, retire upstairs and continue your luxurious seduction.
Feb 10-14. $95 per person. At the Ritz-Carlton Dallas, 2121 McKinney Ave., Uptown. Reservations recommended (214-922-4848). Rooms from $399.

Nana Restaurant at the Hilton Anatole
Impress her with one of the best views of the city from the 27th floor. The chef-created special menu here gives you and your honey a vast selection for each of four courses. Highlights include Chilean langostine ceviche, seared half Maine lobster, and 45-day aged prime bone-in ribeye.
Feb 14. $79 per person, $124 with wine pairings (some menu selections cost extra).

The Landmark at the Warwick Melrose
Sweep her off her feet and into a room filled with chocolate-covered strawberries and Champagne before indulging in a four-course dinner of lobster bisque, citrus lump crab cakes, grilled Angus filet, and a dessert trio — a mere sampling of available choices.
